Sal Update
I know that some of you (Balti-bloggers mostly) were aware that my beloved Sal went in for surgery on her wrist today. I just wanted to let all of you know that it went perfectly and that she's safely home, sleeping off the effects of the anesthetic. It was fairly minor, as surgeries go, but I didn't want anyone to be worried.

I'm glad everything went well, but I have to admit I was expecting a "OMG SALLY NEEDS A PROSTHETIC ARM AND WE DON'T HAVE THE DOUGH PLEASE DONATE ... hah jus' kiddi', thought ya'll woulda been used to my sense of mean humor. Hah-hah."

She was in my thoughts all day today. I am glad everything went well. Give her a hug for me. Kisses Sal.
Yeah, we were thinking about her today. Glad we got to take her out and take her mind off it with a girl's night out beforehand (heh - beforehand - get it?).
Apparently, I am as usual the last person to know these things. I am glad to hear things went well, but please send along my wishes for a speedy recovery.
